Welcome to Timberwood Trails!
Since 1978, Timberwood Trails has been a place called home
to many families. The first homes were built in the late ‘70’s
by Mason-Cassilly Homes which continued until the mid 80’s.
Some of our first homeowners can remember when there
was not a Mid Rivers Mall Drive and you could make a left
hand turn, without problem, onto Highway N!
Of course with these changes and developments, has come
the added convenience of three grocery stores, a first class
middle and high school, restaurants, shops and many other
amenities within walking distance. Not only has the area
changed, but also our subdivision. The trees are mature and
the shade is welcome. Homeowners have made wonderful improvements in the way of new additions, siding, roofs and landscape. Neighbor friends have come and gone, but through all the changes, Timberwood remains a very desirable community in which to live.
Over time, Timberwood Trails will continue to evolve and grow. Let us join together, as neighbors and friends, as we strive to maintain the spirit and sense of community that sets our neighborhood above the rest!
