TIMBERWOOD TRAILS SWIM POOL REGULATIONS
Three different colored cards will be issued:
1. Homeowner card
2. Resident children 11 or older
3. Resident children under 11
The cards must be presented to enter the pool. Cards should not be left at the pool.
Resident children under 11 must have an adult accompany them to the pool at all times. An adult is defined as someone 18 or older.
Resident children may bring two guests to the pool. In the event guests are brought to the pool by residents younger than 14, an adult must accompany them.
Non-resident grandparents, babysitters, etc. may accompany a resident child to the pool and they are counted as a guest.
The adult homeowner may bring up to ten guests, total per household with them to the pool. The homeowner must remain at the pool with their guests. This policy has been set in place so residents may bring visiting guests and family to the pool. We ask for your cooperation and honesty. The number one concern is the safety of the swimmers in the pool. If a number of residents are getting together to bring 10 guests, please make arrangements for a party.
At any time the pool is very crowded, it is left to the lifeguard’s discretion to limit the number of guests.
